Richcroft receives 2024 Moving Mountains Award

Richcroft is grateful and honored to have received the 2024 Moving Mountains Award from ANCOR American Network of Community Options and Resources, along with the National Alliance for Direct Support Professionals – NADSP and presented by the Institute on Community Integration – University of Minnesota. The purpose of this award is to recognize organizations using leading practices in direct support workforce development that result in improved outcomes for people being supported in their communities.
Richcroft CEO Kevin Drumheller proudly accepted the award at the opening plenary of the Reinventing Quality Conference in Baltimore this week. The 2024 conference is jointly hosted by the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD), the American Network of Community Options and Resources (ANCOR), Human Services Research Institute (HSRI), the National Association of State Directors of Developmental Disabilities Services (NASDDDS), the Research and Training Center on Community Living at the University of Minnesota’s Institute on Community Integration, TASH, the Council on Quality and Leadership (CQL), and the National Leadership Consortium on Developmental Disabilities.
