Richcroft University Cited in CQL Capstone Newsletter for Success in Leadership Development

The Council on Quality and Leadership, or CQL, is an accrediting body that since 1969, has been working with human service organizations and systems to define, measure and improve the quality of life and quality of services for youth, adults and older adults with intellectual, developmental and psychiatric disabilities. Last month, leaders at CQL reached out to Richcroft CEO, Kevin Drumheller, and asked him to contribute an article to the Capstone Newsletter, a monthly publication that brings together best practices by sharing ideas, resources, expertise and insight among fellow human service organizations. The theme of August’s Capstone Newsletter is Leadership Development for DSPs and Frontline Supervisors. Inspired by the success of Richcroft University, Richcroft’s leadership development program for Program Managers and Case Managers, Kevin was asked to share insights and perspectives on how this program was created, lessons learned along the way, resources, the impact on staff, etc.
